Receiving constant calls. After call broadband modem lights go crazy. Started happening some months ago so we had to changeTelstra phone/broadband plan. Have to turn off modems including mobile range extender repeatedly after we had several months of excess broadband usage although no changes to our usual habits. Telstra not interested but these callers know all my information given to Telstra to sign up for their service. Usually say they are technical support for computer but also my bank or Centrelink. Obviously want bank acct details. Incidentally Telstra wanted me to pay extra for the same Internet security "McFee" as these scammers try to sell.
